“It’s about partnership”

Meet Henry John. He’s our new Director of Partnerships, and if you’re not sure what that means exactly, read on…

At SIM7, we’ve never been happy with the word: ‘client’. It’s a bit transactional and it doesn’t reflect the value or the depth of the relationships that we create. We know and like the people we work for, and we pull out all the stops to help their organisations and brands to succeed and grow. They’re our partners.

Henry’s here to help us look after them, and to find a few more for us to work with.

A well-known figure in the industry, Henry previously led the growth of a creative studio that specialises in the property market for over a decade. He has 25 years of business development experience across the creative, publishing and technology sectors, and has helped to bring many award-winning and internationally-respected projects to life.

“I’m joining SIM7 at an exciting time,” says Henry: “It’s a growing, successful creative agency and we’ve got an opportunity to build on our reputation and to push deeper into markets where we’ve already made a difference – while finding new partners to work with. Because that’s what it’s all about. It’s about creating genuine, fulfilling partnerships where we can all enjoy working on great brands and successful campaigns.”

Our new Director of Partnerships will be based in our studio in Bristol – one of Europe’s foremost creative hubs – and will be looking to create and nurture partnerships not just across the UK, but internationally. SIM7 already has a number of global contracts and we’re proud to have built a reputation for delivering big brands, winning words, bright design and brilliant digital across sectors including finance, food & beverage, property, charity, further education and recruitment.

“We’ve got the expertise, the team and the technology to create exciting, game-changing projects for partners anywhere and everywhere,” says Henry. “I can’t wait to meet them and to start working together.”
